Supplier & Buyer Agreement
Effective Date: December 6, 2025
This Supplier & Buyer Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of ABMS – Algeria Business Market Solutions for both suppliers and buyers.
By registering on our platform, you agree to the following terms:
1. Role of ABMS
ABMS acts only as an intermediary platform connecting buyers and suppliers.
We are not involved in the actual transaction, payment, shipping, or product handling.
All agreements between suppliers and buyers are made directly between the parties.
2. Supplier Responsibilities
Suppliers agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date company and product information
Ensure all products comply with Algerian and international laws
Respond promptly to buyer inquiries
Fulfill agreed-upon orders responsibly and on time
Avoid misleading claims, counterfeit goods, or illegal products
ABMS reserves the right to suspend or remove any supplier account that violates these terms.
3. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers agree to:
Conduct due diligence before placing an order
Provide accurate contact and company details
Respect supplier terms, payment conditions, and trade laws
Communicate professionally with suppliers
ABMS is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses resulting from buyer-supplier transactions.
4. Prohibited Activities
Both buyers and suppliers are prohibited from:
Posting false or fraudulent information
Violating trade laws or sanctions
Using the platform for illegal, unethical, or harmful purposes
5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between buyers and suppliers should be resolved directly between the parties.
ABMS may assist by providing communication logs but is not responsible for arbitration or compensation.
6. Termination
ABMS may suspend or terminate access to any account found violating these terms without prior notice.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Algeria, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Blida, Algeria.
